SHIPPING POLICY
We are a hands-on operation that works to meet both individual and bulk order demands quickly, so that you can look your best when you carry peace with you. Shipping typically takes10 to 14 business days, but often you will receive your order sooner.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If there is a material or printing defect, we will offer a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:- Unused and in the same condition that you received it: Apparel Items that have been used/washed, or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a return.
- Returned prior to 30 days after delivery: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- A regular priced item: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ThePeaceBaby@gmail.com- For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.
